Fear Behavior by Owlets
These owlets are intended to be raised wild so they can be released to the wild. They have virtually no human contact, and their parents are wild injured adults that have not been habituated to humans. Here, at ages 4-5 weeks, they show appropriate fear behavior when food is delivered to their aviary.

Nice to see that they are developing the appropriate reactions of wild owls. I was expecting some beak snapping but didn't see any. Isn't it great that you have been able to confirm that you have 2 females and a male? It will be interesting to see if there are any developmental differences linked to gender as time goes on.
